Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the Above Zero GmbH and the costumer.

The Above Zero GmbH offers various services, including Mixing and Mastering, Audio Production and Sound Design. These services are individual and their conditions are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. It apply the statutory regulations, including the German Civil Code.

The negotiated price of a service always included VAT.

For the purchase of beat licenses at the Beatstars Marketplace, the Terms of Service of Beatstars solely apply, which are available under: https://www.beatstars.com/terms-of-service.

Applicable law is German law, if not individual nogatiated otherwise.

Place of juristdiction is the Federal Republic of Germany, if not individual nogatiated otherwise.
